I was missing the seal on my big Ion jug and I sent a video in. They responded quickly and sent me a brand new bottle. That is excellent customer service and the water is terrific!

We purchased our water bottles after buying a cheap one on Amazon and later, extensive research to understand the difference between the bottles. After comparing multiple hydrogen water bottles, the Ion bottle was a clear winner. My husband is routine and drinks from his all day (for the last 6 months) and credits his energy, patience/mood, recovery after rec sports, and weight loss to this water bottle. Many of our friends and family have inquired about the water bottle and all of them have purchased one for themselves. Recently, his water bottle fell and broke- and their customer service is just as great as the product they sell. Do not buy a $20 copy cat on Amazon, spend the extra money and order an Ion bottle.

This is a phenomenal company that stands by their product! I had an issue and it was quickly and professionally resolved, no questions asked! All communication with customer service was absolutely top tier! Highly recommend!

We have 2 bottles and have enjoyed our hydrogen water from them. We recently had an issue with one of the bottles after a few months and we contacted the company who were quick to respond. We tried troubleshooting the issue and when that didn’t fix it, they processed a replacement for us quickly. It’s great to see a company stand by their products like this and care about the customers experience for a change. I highly recommend purchasing from them.

I haven't received my ionbottle, but the customer service has been amazing.

If I could give this company zero stars I would. After 30 days of daily use, my bottle started to malfunction where the hydrogen blue light would come on by itself. Then the bottle leaked when I filled it. I have had several back and forth communications with "customer service" and they want me to video the bottle leaking. ???? BEFORE THEY WILL CONSIDER REPLACING IT. It's still under warranty! I wish I'd read the reviews here before I purchased this bottle. I also don't think it's releasing or producing as much hydrogen as it was initially. I am STILL dealing with customer service and getting nowhere. DO NOT BUY FROM ION BOTTLES.

Not only is the bottle awesome and a noticeable difference in my daily regimen, but the company is awesome as well! Had a bottle break and simply told the customer service people they I had and bought a new one and only wished they made a cover . They refunded my purchase and gave me the new bottle free! Integrity & backbone are still alive in America’s small businesses !!

I had an issue with my ion bottle pro not charging. After going through some trouble shooting with the customer care representative. It was determined that I had a defective bottle. A new bottle was sent out as a replacement, and the new one worked as expected. I am very pleased with replacement bottle and have told everyone I know how great the hydrogen water has made me feel.

We've tried several other companies and the quality is not even close to Ion Bottles! We ordered 3 and one bottle had a chipped glass area on the lip area and Ion Bottles replaced it immediately and have been a pleasure to work with. I love that they are located in the USA too, Oregon to be specific!

I ordered two bottles one for me and one for my girlfriend. When she opened hers, the start button didn’t work, after ion asked for a video of The problem, they immediately shipped me another one.
