L’accueil au comptoir pour prendre le RV a été froid et sans humanité. Pas un sourire, pas un mot de sympathie ou d’amabilité pour avoir loué ce RV depuis la France. Un accueil glacé et simplement administratif réclamant ma CB pour continuer de payer et garantir tout dommage. Il nous a paru impossible de demander le moindre conseil sur le trajet que nous voulions faire…nous aurions à l’évidence dérangé. Seul le jeune homme qui nous a présenté le RV et expliqué son fonctionnement a été aimable et sympathique. Au retour, l’accueil a été encore moins agréable. Nous avons été reçus par une employée sèche et froide qui a fait son travail de contrôle très administrativement. Nous n’avons eu aucun incident de route mais elle a pu trouver au bas du pare-brise un point d’impact qui n’avait pas été consigné au départ alors qu’il s’agissait d’un impact ancien. Sans autre discussion, elle a noté ce dommage pour nous réclamer encore 50$. Ce n’est pas tant le prix mais la méthode qui me choque. Le business et les relations commerciales qui ont naturellement pour objectif de faire un profit peuvent être accompagnés d’une relation humaine cordiale aimable et bienveillante car cela n’est pas incompatible ! Clairement cette agence Cruise America n’a pas intégré cette valeur essentielle dans son management

We returned our RV (C21) in San Francisco/Newark after 3 great weeks we got the chance to spend in our RV and travel through such great nature. Jade did all the return paperwork with us, was greatful for every information we had to give and in the end we even got a cashback. Reservation system is horrible. We booked months in advance, booked flights to and from our location only to find out that they lost the reservation. The "fix" was a unit 120 miles away, and some free mileage to cover the drive. I asked to escalate and was told that the "management " had made this offer and it was all that was available. Keir was difficult and quite condescending. He told me he had no direct manager that I could speak with. Really poor customer service! I won't be back!

Was given a coupon by corporate and then told by location they don’t accept them. I called to figure this all out and it took over a week for them to fix in. Frustrating!
