We went on a two week dream trip with Cruise America in Everett. The staff there, Maddi and Kasi were extremely helpful and nice and explained everything everything we needed to know before leaving. Staying in the RV was great with Kids and the car was clean and well equipped. During our trip there were some issues with the RV but the staff were responsive, understanding and helpful. Customer service provided by Maddi was top!

The agent was very helpful and knowledgeable and helped us with making sure we were able to handle the rv .I was over charged for my rental upond returning! I am owed about $750.00 the agent that handled the contract was not employed when I returned the camper ! The was a problem with the money I left to cover some additional repairs such as mileage and use of generator! New managers not very helpful in regards to the extra money!

I paid for a package that included several kits and when I went to get the VR they tell me that they do not have any products and that they never say that they can guarantee that the available ones even if one has paid for them. Look in terms and conditions and nowhere does such a thing appear. People are rude, rude and insolent in addition to not seeking solutions from their customers. The place is a total garbage dump that should not be used by anyone. I recommend not to have a bad experience in Cruise America north miami.

My agent, Theresa Riley, was absolutely amazing! I needed to get back in touch with her a number of times as questions arose (we'd never rented an RV before), and she was always quickly accessible and extremely knowledgeable and helpful. Unfortunately, we had to cancel our trip because of a family member's ill health, but we look forward to doing a Cruise America trip some day soon and we'll call Theresa!

Great staff at big boy toys Bozeman , knowledgeable , caring team, nice motorhome. Dean and Mike were a great team.
