Quick and easy. Great customer service.. Highly recommended

Unfortunately, we had to cancel our planned 5 week road trip in our rented Cruise America RV, but I have to say that all of our interactions with CA were great. Looking forward to next time!

Uitgevallen koelkast en vriezer (8-9 dgn zonder gezeten). Ondanks alle toezeggingen geen enkele service gekregen. Ook de gemaakte extra kosten (waarvan was toegezegd dat wij deze zouden terugkrijgen bij inlevering van de camper) tot op heden nog niet ontvangen. Bij inlevering werden wij door de medewerker simpelweg verwezen naar de mailbox van klantsupport, deze blijkt echter niet actief. Ook het contactformulier op site werkt helaas niet.

Easy to understand options and reserve an RV

I have been camping for many years. I was disappointed in the phone operators. I felt like they were independent contractors. The information I was given was misleading. I was overcharged and under informed. I canceled my reservation and will never contact this company again. I feel they prey on the person new to using a RV.

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE! !!!!! I am reviewing our recent horrible experience with Cruise America. We are 3 older men who have rented almost once a year with Cruise America. We recently rented from the Franklin Park Il location and had truly the worst experience ever. When we arrived for pick up appointment they made us wait outside for an hour in the sun till they dealt with a retail customer who arrived after us. It took all of 10 minutes to check us in when they finally did it. I guess they make more money from the other guy. When we finally got the RV we realized the AC is faulty and after about an hour it would freeze up and get brutally hot. I called Cruise America 4 times before anyone returned my call and was eventually told to go buy a fan and some ice after the days/hours of waiting for a return call. Ultimately I ended up sleeping outside in a lawnchair for a number of nights because of the extreme heat. It's a 100 degrees in Tennesse and this is why why rent an RV. It was a terrible experience and with a recent heart attack i was very distressed. THE UNBELIEVABLE END: When I asked what's next to reconcile the situation you told me to talk with the location we rented from, what a nightmare that was!!! We checked in first thing this morning with a cleaned unit to have the most rude and abnoxious tall balding man trying to BULLY me and basically tell me i was lying and the AC was fine, he told me he is a mechanic and doesn't do customer service, when i asked speak to someone else i was told i was not permitted to speak with anyone else and told me to F -off and that he'd send me the bill,...wow. I lost my patience as well as i was completely in shock in how we were continuing to be treated but i ultimately walked away and gave up and just left for our flight home. This experience completely ruined our vacation! DO NOT GO HERE,YOU WILL REGRET IT!

Repeat customer who wasn't offered a credit to apply the $300 RV reservation which I called to cancel before the 30-day cutoff but bc it was within 45 days of the burning man. Finally called back weeks later to confirm cancellation and was told "try emailing us for a credit for a future reservation". Not great.

Easy to make and cancel reservation

I HAD BATTERY PROBLEMS AS SOON AS I PICKED UP RV. A/C ONLY WORKED FOR 1 HOUR AT A TIME. PEOPLE ON PHONE WERE UNHELPFUL. UPON RETURN I LET THEM KNOW OF PROBLEMS AND PROVIDED RECEIPT FOR NEW BATTERY AND THEY TOLD ME IT WAS SUNDAY AND CRUISE AMERICA WAS CLOSED, SOMEBODY WOULD CALL ME ON MONDAY. NEVER HEARD FROM ANYONE? WAS BILLED FULL AMOUNT AND NOT REFUNDED FOR PROBLEMS AND BATTERY. CALLED CRUISE AMERICA AND WAS TOLD I HAD TO SEND EMAIL, I TOLD THEM I NEED TO SPEAK TO A PERSON. THEY SAID THIS IS ONLY DONE THROUGH EMAIL??I SAID I NEED TO TALK TO SOMEBODY AND THEY TOOK MY NUMBER. 2 WEEKS LATER NO PHONE CALL NO REFUND???? TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE HOPEFULLY SOMEBODY AT CRUISE AMERICA SEES THIS AS I'M ABOUT TO CALL MY CREDIT CARD COMPANY TO SEE HOW TO RESOLVE BEING OVERCHARGED
