Really great experience from start to finish! I came across BWYC after not being happy with the price that ‘we buy any car’ offered. I started the process on Tuesday 6th August in the evening - the website was really easy to use and the photo uploading directions were great to follow. I received a phone call before 10am the following morning from a helpful sales team. They were really polite and asked about the car and if it had any finance that needed to be settled which mine did. They made an offer which they advised was a ‘guaranteed offer’ providing you are completely truthful about all the details you disclose to them when uploading the photos. There offer was £600 above we buy any cars offer which I was very grateful for. In my instance, I was still in negative equity after this offer and BWYC are happy to settle finance within the process as well. The sales team weren’t pushy in the slightest which I liked and I was happy to go ahead with everything. They had availability for someone to collect the car on the Friday (two days later) which I was happy with. There is the option to travel to them to drop the car off but I preferred home collection in this instance. I have one small issue which was there was no confirmation email from BWYC to confirm collection date. For me it’s a big thing to sell your car so I feel like that small step of sending a confirmation would go a long way for someone who is on the more nervous side of things like myself however this is not big enough to affect the amount of stars I give them in this review. Thankfully I didn’t have long to wait until the collection as think I would have been more worried. I didn’t hear anything from BWYC until Thursday late afternoon where Martin, the gentleman who was collecting the car phoned me. Nice man who went through the process a bit more and confirmed everything with me for collection the next day. He also gave me a rough estimate on timings which I was very grateful for! On the day of collection, he also phoned when he was roughly 30-45 minutes away which I think is a nice touch. Very smooth process once Martin had arrived and he was happy with everything and confirmed the price that was offered whilst speaking on the phone with the BWYC team. I just wanted to write a bit more on the finance situation as I don’t feel as though many of these reviews have touched on this side of things. Before Martin had left, I had to pay the negative equity to BWYC which I was more than happy with. I did make a suggestion that they pay me and then I pay the finance off whilst Martin was still there so I knew everything was sorted straight away for my finance agreement so it didn’t hold me up as I needed to get a new car. This isn’t their policy/process so could not be done. I was fine with it because I had a feeling they wouldn’t be able to do that. It could potentially be a good idea for them to consider in the future though? Anyway, I paid them straight away and showed proof to Martin and all parties were happy. They sent confirmation through near enough straight away of proof of purchase and I waved goodbye to my little car. Due to it being a Friday, they did not make the payment to the finance company until the Tuesday (within 24-48 hour working days). I have now checked and it shows on my finance account that the agreement is completely settled. I now feel fully satisfied and have felt confident to write this review now all is square! I am so pleased with everything and would not hesitate to use this company in the future. I 100% recommend them and would opt to use them before other companies in the future. I really hope this review helps you especially if you have outstanding car finance like I did.

I received great service from Big Wants Your Car. Daisy was the initial lady I spoke to and she gave me a guaranteed price which I was happy with. Theirs was the highest offer I received and on the day of collection, once they checked the car there was not drop in the offer. Haley explained the whole process to me and the money was in my account before they drove off the drive. Very smooth transaction and I would happily recommend!

What a company! This is one of the simplest companies I have ever dealt with and this is selling a car which is usually fairly stressful. The company blows competitors out the water. Mia who arranged is fantastic and seemed to be available whenever. Bruce who come to collect the car is a credit to the company absolute pleasure to deal with

I recently sold my car to Big Wants Your Car, and the experience was excellent. The initial quote they provided was realistic compared to other companies, which I appreciated (and they had no fees in their price). I found the process was straightforward from the first phone call to arranging collection. Sean, who collected the car, was punctual, friendly, and made everything easy to understand (as this was the first time I sold a car). He ensured the photos matched the car, and within 30 minutes, the payment was made, and the car was taken away. Overall, it was a smooth and frictionless experience and would recommend using them!

I read these reviews expecting great things, and reasonable valuation. After hours of polishing, taking pictures, getting the documents photo I upload and waited. I then get someone call me back, however they just asked questions that I’ve already submitted to the website and in photos. Starting to get angry… He then disappeared for 10 minutes whilst allegedly talking to the valuations department. On return he offered £1000 less than Webuyanycar. I have never seen benchmark this low! Well done… When I said he was lower than Webuyanycar, he said I know I’ve got it in front of me… so the valuation department was Webuyanycar What a complete waste of time and effort.. not sure how these reviews can be of the same company…. But I guess that’s what’s China is useful for..

DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME!! I’ve been booked in for 3 appraisals and not once have they called. Booked time off work to do the appraisals and when you call them they make it out like they’re doing you a favour. Awful service

Billy swifty got everything sorted behind the scenes 👌 and Hayley and Arun came to check the car and they were amazing as people and really made the whole process simple easy and calm. This company is the the worstcompany I have ever encountered. They claim to pay a guaranteed price for the car based on the photos they receive. This is a complete lie. They are just timewasters. They find age related minor scratches on the car which They should have spotted on the photos anyway and will try to "re-negotiate " the price with hundreds of pounds reduction. Don't be fooled by This company. Awful! There are loads of other companiesbuying cars who are more honest.beware of the tricks!!

Excellent service and a better price offered compared to dealers and similar companies/competitors. All handled really professionally, money in account within seconds. Paid the amount they agreed to prior to the physical inspection. Couldn't be happier.

I can only speak in positive terms with regards to this company! From start to finish it’s all happened within a week. An offer was made and was honoured with photos and a thorough check by Rod who picked up our, or should I say PCP, car. Rod was a very easy person to deal with both friendly and professional. Definitely deserves 5 stars.

The easiest experience ever! Literally one of the easiest things we've ever done..found the company on the Monday afternoon and by Tuesday morning the car had be sold. We did a valuation online, sent the photos over and was given a quote within 10 minutes, they sent all the information over, booked in for us take the van in as we needed it to be sold ASAP. We drove to cannock on the morning, was met by a very friendly lady who sorted everything whilst we sat with a cup of coffee that we had kindly had made for us. They checked the car, took a few details about the car, sent the link for our bank details and within 10 minutes the money that they had originally quoted was in the bank.. Selling to Big wants your car was one of the most easiest experience they where quick and picked the car up the next day and gave quoted price. Steve Jarman the collection driver was second to none and went though the whole process extremely quick for me as I had to go out so went out of his way to do this he's a credit to BIG would happily use them again to sell my car

The process of selling was very easy. The collection of the car, by Mark, was next day. After a quick inspection he helped us go through the process, including the V5 change of ownership website. Payment was in our accounts after their office team sent an email confirming the purchase. Much better price than webuyanycar . We had never used Big before but after having issues with Motorway and deciding not to proceed with them Bigs process was quick.

What a fantastic company to deal with! A genuinely positive and happy experience. I got offered the best price by miles and unlike certain “competitors” there was absolutely no haggling or messing about, when the lovely gentleman came to check my car out, before loading it onto the back of his lorry. The paperwork was easy, all done via emails and links they’d sent, and the payment process flawless and instant into my bank account.
