Very happy with my experience selling my Polo GTI. They offered me more than any other car buying site or dealer offered me, I was very happy and pleasantly surprised with the price, which they stuck to. The whole process was very quick and easy, they gave an offer after I sent in pictures, service history etc, then I signed the contract and went to their site to drop the car off 2 days later. I was there for about 30 minutes before they transferred the agreed money straight into my account and I was on my way. The young lady in the office (Chanel I think) who I was assigned was very helpful and answered all of my questions through WhatsApp. I would recommend big wants your car to anyone

Well, although I was sceptical, BIG were nothing but a delight from start to finish! They were very efficient, offered me a fair price for my vehicle (much better than their competitors) and ‘Brucey’ who collected my car was a joy to deal with. He was very nice, checked and compared the cars condition with what I had communicated to them prior. He didn’t haggle me on price (but be upfront about any damage you may have as this is key) and they paid me within 10 mins (a very simple process too)! I highly recommend getting a valuation from them, you’ll not be disappointed compared with the other companies around that offer a similar service.

Offered 10% more than webuyanycar. Very easy to deal with. Nice people on the phone and the collection guy was nice. No tyre kicking or attempts to lower the price. Allow 1000 miles from valuation to pick up. Couldn't fault it really.

Sold my car today after only initially enquiring less than a week ago. Very thorough and quick and by far the best company to use for the best price. Was offered significantly more than the competitors and the turnaround time was exceptional. I actually went to a dealership beforehand and never again will I part ex they were trying to undercut me £3k less than BIG offered me! Aaron (not sure on other 2 chaps names) and his team turned up to my workplace, kept in regualr contact with me and helped massively throughout the process they were true gents.
