Total waste of time! I was suppose to sell my car today and the company told me that something was wrong with their banking system and they'd send me an email receipt instead of actually paying. Do not trust!

Excellent service all round. From start to finish. Daisy gave me a really good offer on Monday and by Wednesday the lovely Andy checked and collected the car. I sent all the pictures and reported anything so the agreed price was paid. Payment was made within the hour. Andy the collection driver was really helpful and explained the process. This is the way business should be conducted.

They managed to get me an appointment for my car to be collected the following day. I was considering selling my car to change to a Phev vehicle . Another well known car buyer had quoted a great price over and above what I had originally paid for it , but when it went to auction the offer was significantly lower. I was about to give up having looked at all the other well known car buyers who could get no where near what I wanted when I saw the positive reviews for BWYC . I contacted them immediately and uploaded photos of my car ,within half an hour I had a great offer and within 24 hours of saying I was going ahead , my car had been picked up by Luke who was friendly and professional. I was paid the same amount that was originally offered too. Payment was quick and Luke waited until the money arrived in my account before he left with the vehicle. Very pleased and would thoroughly recommend to anyone considering selling their vehicle. Special thanks to Harry too who was really helpful in guiding me through the process.

After being messed around by 2 of the other well known companies was over the moon to be offered the full value for my car. Arranged collection, took about 45 minutes to thoroughly look over car and money transferred the next day, the full amount originally offered. Lovely customer service and easy to deal with.

Tried to reduce price by £200 for a small scratch on drivers seat and a scuff on the front bumper, things they won’t repair and won’t affect purchase price . No thank you, if you’re not happy walk away. They paid a driver to come and collect the car, who then had to take a train home. They’re probably out of pocket by more than the £200 they quibbled over😂

I was given a guaranteed price and when they came they knocked me down £500 because of what was a crack on the screen. After proving it was not a crack, it was a screen protector peeling off they still knocked me down £500 saying they would have to replace at a cost of £750. I’ve seen the advert for it - they haven't replaced the screen so they just knocked me down anyways. Wouldn't recommend.
