The young lad probably just not long left school was polite and friendly he did all the relevant checks but after speaking to a woman sitting in a office was told to walk away from my car the reason giving the carpet in passenger side assuming it was covering something sinister up when the main Citroen dealer had redone it for me as the person before had lights fitted underneath had paperwork to prove this 😯was made to feel like a liar wouldn't even speak to me just kept telling the lad to walk way from my car even thou it was immaculate .I was told not to deal with any of these company's and was proved right .Got a private buyer already and £600 up so there loss when they would of had £2500 profit as it was low mileage. lesson learnt greedy judgemental company's

Made a good valuation, arranged a future collection date (even though mileage increased) good communication on the day and instant payment. Very happy.

Felt several companies tried to be underhand. In this instance, a fair offer was given and they stuck to it. Staff very friendly and helpful. In particular Flavia from call centre and Steve Janman that came to assess and collect.

What an easy process, they do what they say they will do. Shawn and Lucas were helpful and did what they had to do no fuss. I would recommend this company to anybody.
