Do a video call, which you don't know who they are, your information maybe leak. They don't offer the decent price but quite hassle because you need to do a lot of pictures and videos If they forget something. And you don't know when they come and collect if they will knock the price down again. Very unsafe / insecure selling to this company compare to another company where you can walk in and they do all the work for you. Big wants your car is a digital thing that may be not work for everyone.

I was given an offer by BWYC, the email states the offer is valid for 7 days. On day 3 I accepted their 'below market value'offer (due to my circumstances I need a quick sale). I had gathered all my documents and provided them, then I gave them a date to collect the car and they insisted they collect it 3 days earlier, I explained this wasn't possible due to my work commitments and they said if they can't collect 3 days earlier than the date it's available they're retracting the offer. Extremely unhelpful.

After realising my car was worth 60% of what I paid for it 16 months ago . I have to say the staff at big wants your car were so kind and explained everything fairly helping accept how much value it had dropped . Today a big van showed up with a lovely gentleman called STEVE who guided me through the sales process and also was very kind that it’s not always easy to let go of your car. Easy process, no messing about price agreed in advance was the price paid. Vehicle couriers friendly and polite, they were however hampered as they had to wait ages to get through to Big it took around 30 minutes on hold before they spoke to someone to conclude the handover. While I do accept this, you could have made this decision at the point where I entered the details of my vehicle right at the beginning and thus, not wasting my time and effort.
