Having advertised my car on Autotrader I was contacted by Big and an offer was made on the evidence of photos and description. I accepted and was asked to upload evidence of ownership, photos and description. Once that process was done then a date for collect agreed. Driver arrived, inspected car and confirmed my declarations. Payment was received and car was handed over. Fairly painless exercise and the entire handover from arrival to departure took about 90 minutes.

Put my faith back in car selling! All went as described. They kept to their price of the car throughout, no changes in price on collection like the other brands. Will 100% use again and recommend to others!

After being messed around from a competitor, decided to get a quote from Big. The quote was lower than Motorway, but was more realistic based on the car’s condition and not inflated to try and get my business. Sent across some photos and a 1-minute video, and got a guaranteed price the following day. Accepted this, signed some digital documents, then dropped the car off at a showroom close to my house. Money was in my account before I left the dealer, and was the agreed price (none of the expected “we’ve noticed some more damage” I’ve experience elsewhere). Would definitely use them again

Didn’t have to hang around all day. Bruce was very punctual. He talked me through the process, and took my car for a drive. Money was in the bank within a couple of minutes of filling in the on line form. There was no attempt to try to offer less money than had already been agreed (unlike the other companies (allegedly!!)). Gave me a good price based on the pictures, someone came out to look at the car and said it was perfectly fine but he just couldn’t find the VIN under the bonnet so couldn’t take it. Come back next week with a different driver and suddenly there are things wrong with the car which weren’t mentioned at all the week before. Inconsistencies with their drivers, just got to hope you get a good one.

Offer was fair for condition of the car and pre sale process was easy. However collection date initially arranged did not happen and was cancelled on day incurring additional insurance costs- no ownership taking by big or firm picking up which is outsourced. Re arranged collection day- offer was reduced by £100 for a scratch on inside of door and scuffs on alloys which i had been informed would not impact cost as fair wear and tear.
