Having already discussed the sale of my car with the Big Wants your car agent in particular Hollie who was excellent, was ready for my car to be collected: Martin phoned me twice prior to arriving on time. He conducted a professional appraisal of my car, taking photos, checking chassis numbers, the engine bay and the V5 etc. After about 45 minutes he phoned Head Office and then talked me through the payment process.He was very approachable and kept me up to speed throughout the process.Martin was a good advert for the firm.I can unreservedly recommend Big wants your car.

Smooth process, uploaded video and photos using app, then received a call with offer .. reduced but very reasonable in comparison to competitors .. accept documents completed by e-mail, collection arranged. Jamie collected, arrived in good time was very pleasant, explained process did thorough check of car, a test drive, then payment was made direct - took less than an hour.

Smooth process from start to finish with Big Wants Your Car. We were contacted based on our advert on auto trader. And offered the price we were looking for, with clear communications that this is dependent on what we have shown through photos and descriptions of the car. Paperwork signed and arrangement for collection within 24 hours. On the day of collection STEVE phoned us to let us know exact time of arrival. He clearly explained the process so we knew what to expect and we left him to look the car over, take it for a test drive etc. 30/40minutes later STEVE and his contact at the office confirmed all good. STEVE then clearly explained next steps. Paperwork and payment completed within 20 minutes. Thank you for being a great company and having people like STEVE in your team.

Very disappointed customer service received from this company. Long story short. DVLA advice against sharing your V5 documents ,,online,, prior selling your vehicle. Could have been handled differently but unfortunately not very professional approach. Giving someone business and being treated with attitude doesn't get many sales.

Really great experience. Was a bit dubious as not many reviews and a new company but after being messed around by carwow, I thought was worth giving it a go. Process straight forwards, they did say they would send email confirmation the day before collection which I didn't receive however customer service quick and easy to get through too. Good price compared to competitors, didn't play silly on collection. 100% recommend

Great communication throughout the process. I was offered a fair price for my car which was refreshing, and I’d missed something on the description which only incurred a small deduction. The guy who came to collect the car was helpful and courteous. All in all a positive experience.
