United Kingdom | 07 June 2024Very good experience. Easy process, offered a price initially which I accepted. A few days later I was visited by Carol who came to collect the car. She did notice a couple of little dinks in the door and a small scratch on the back bumper which I hadn’t noticed before. She was very friendly and explained the process. Even with the small marks I was still offered the full price. Payment was in my bank in 30 minutes and the finance was settled by them directly. Super easy and saved haggling and the costs of advertising. I feel the price was fair looking at the going market rate so overall a good experience.

We had an excellent offer price for the car, which was nearly £1,200 more than we had been offered elsewhere. The collection driver arrived as promised within the hour time slot. He was courteous, polite, professional, talked us through the process and the payment went through really quickly. Unfortunately he had to deal with an difficult neighbour but he did so in a very professional manor. Would recommend this service.

They gave me a good realistic value, did not try to reduce price, they were honest, courteous and delivered as promised which are very important qualities in business and makes a huge difference. And this was backed up by great customer service! From dealing with Hollie Baker, who was very attentive and clear in communication, to the other staff in the office - they were all very helpful! Would definitely recommend to anybody wishing to sell their car quickly and efficiently!

You speak to their customers service, they give you the quote for the price of the car. Than if you want to sell it. They get someone to come round, looks and check your vehicle. Within 1 hour the deal is done. Money in the bank. No fuss. The person that came to collect my car name Brucey. Very polite, friendly and makes you feel at ease. I would recommend to my friends. United Kingdom | 03 June 2024Big Motoring World purchased my vehicle via Carwow, I wouldn't have chosen to use this company directly. They offered the amount I was asking for on Carwow, I then promptly loaded all photos and paperwork as requested online and booked a date for collection. They send out a 'professional driver' via Driive Me who arrived (and was pleasant enough) and took all the paperwork (despite me having already provided this), and said he would go and do the checks so I should leave him to it. I would never hand over all paperwork and both keys to a complete stranger from a third party so kept one of the keys which he seemed surprised about. I also prefer to walk around the car with a buyer so that if they do spot a problem with paintwork or otherwise, I'd like to be there for them to point it out to me (I had already sent photos of stone chips on the bonnet and small minor scuffs etc). He didn't seem keen on this suggestion either and wanted me to sign his paperwork (which he didn't use) before he did any checks on the state of the car? After initially saying, 'don't worry, you'll get the full amount for your car' he inspected the car for about an hour and also asked for photos of the blades on the keys (??), he shut the bonnet and said 'it's not good news'. I asked him to explain and he said 'the engine is shaking, they won't buy the car'. I knew this was nonsense, it's an Audi A4 with less than 40k miles, it's serviced and MOT'd every year without any faults or issues detected. I told him this was nonsense, it has a good service history, he shrugged and said it's not his decision. He thought it could be spark plugs or coils, he didn't show me the issue he was referring to and couldn't elaborate on what the problem was. I've since taken my car to a local garage who confirmed there are no problems with the engine at all, they also ran a diagnostic which confirmed there has never been a fault. I would never use this company given the option, they agreed to pay full price and whilst I expected them to try and bring this down upon inspection (which all companies do, I was prepared for this), I did not expect them to back out completely and walk away from a perfectly good vehicle in great condition with paperwork to back it up. I would have at least expected a call from them to confirm the reasons for not purchasing as agreed but heard nothing from them. Complete time wasters, don't offer to purchase a car if you have no intention of actually paying out for it. It has cost me to get a further opinion on the vehicle and I now have to re-list my car which is a pain after what I've already gone through to sell it. Dreadful company!
