Spoke to a pleasant lady on the phone. I was 100% honest with the condition of my car. She offered me a fair price and told me that is what I would receive if I was totally honest. On the day of pickup they tried to knock me down £500 . I sent him very swiftly away. I'm very disappointed with them ,as I know the car has been looked after well.

I was selling my C-class Merc. I put the information on over 5 different sites and BigWantsYourCar ('Big') was not the highest but was up there. However, all the others would look at the car and try to knock down the price considerably, I do not have time for this nonsense. Big did not do this. They were helpful, gave me a guaranteed offer, answered the phone within 30 seconds every time I called, and within 2 calls we were on a first name basis.
