Good easy sale

I can only echo the many excellent reviews on here already and say that I am very impressed with the service provided by BigWantsYourCar. The whole process was very straightforward, from initial quote through to car pickup. The price quoted (based on detailed photos) was honoured, with no haggling. The guy who came to collect (Kevin) was very pleasant and helpful. The funds were in my account very quickly, before the car was taken away and then the sum due to the finance company was paid the following day, with email confirmation sent to me. All in all, I can honestly say this experience was streets ahead of my experience with the competitors, where unrealistic, inflated prices were given, followed by offers way below the guide price. Or a reasonable price was quoted, only to be knocked down to an unreasonable extent following inspection. BigWantsYourCar will definitely be my go-to place when selling cars in the future!

I have my spare ignition key. Mailed the member of staff I dealt with. Without response! Because you promised me the £100 back, you deducted if I found it and SENT it to you. What address do I use? Also, I pointed out to her BUT not when I did the deal that you got a brand new spare wheel and tyre which I had purchased. That is an EXTRA. So. Really, that should negate the £100 you deducted for a slightly damaged tyre?

From initial contact to collection and payment, everything went very smoothly ! Tilly in the office was very helpful and talked me through the process. They valued my car using online tool which I was happy with. On collection day the collection driver gave the car a once over to confirm it's condition and then full payment was made within 20 minutes. Note to potential sellers and those who gave poor reviews. If your honest and upfront about your cars condition, you will be given a full and fair price for your car. If you are not then you don't deserve to sell your car !!!

Brilliant service

Such an easy way to sell your car, valuation was fast and once my V5 docs were confirmed they picked the car up the next day! Sean was amazing and made the process painless in ensuring my car was taken car of, took some pics and confirmed the valuation for the car. All in all took about 30mins and then before I knew it the car was in the van and money in my account almost instantly. A great company to sell your car through!

I never leave reviews, however, this was the smoothest sell I have ever had. Everything was related to me over phone or email, so I was never in the dark. Arranged collection of my vehicle and Rod came and assessed any damage and made sure everything was correct. He waited with me to make sure the payment was processed, and that's it.
