Amazing service and great dealers to sell your car. Flavia has offered an excellent service right from the first call till the time car is collected. I was impressed with their speed. Everything happend so quickly. Though I listed my car on auto trader, I felt it's not worth it. Calls I received are from dealers, undervaluing my car; however, I was completely convinced that I got the price my car deserves from 'Big wants your car'. If you have a car to sell, look out for BiG deal before you look for other dealers.

DO NOT SELL YOUR CAR TO ANY OTHER DEALERSHIP. A very easy, convenient, personal and pleasant experience. You upload the pictures of the vehicle, you get a price offer which turned out to be one of the few that wasn't entirely insulting. As there were some unique features to my vehicle, I was able to detail these to a representative via email who was responsive and helpful. They allowed me extra time to get the windscreen replaced and kept the quote fixed for the full duration. The day of the pick up went smoothly with only a minor hiccup in the extra time taken for the payment link to be emailed. But even that was made up for when the payment I received was slightly higher than expected Thank you to Harry Hutchins and the rest of the team for providing a brilliant service.

Such an easy service. Hollie Baker gave me a great price and Steve Janman came the next day to pick up my vehicle. He did an absolutely amazing job as I was at work whilst he was collecting it and he dealt very well with my stepmum that cannot speak a word of English. He called me regularly to keep me informed and just did an insane job with handling the collection. The company was experiencing some payment issues with NatWest however this was resolved the same day and the payment was sent a minute after I entered my bank details. This company is much much better than other companies like webuyanycar that will give you a silly and stupid price for your car. I contacted Big wants your car and to be honest was a bit sceptical.. there was no need for to be concerned. From the original offer and a little negotiation we agreed a figure. Aaron and Steve arrived and Aaron set too inspecting my car . All was as described and the deal was agreed . The money was in my account in no time and the car got taken away. There was a little confusion when filling in the "docusign". For some reason £4,800 instead of £4,000 was inserted in the agreed price box. I was not aware of this as no one from your company called to tell me this. I only found out when l telephoned BigWantsYourCar.Com. This meant my car was picked up a day later than l anticipated. Secondly your company claims that the damage on the N/S rear wheel arch and the N/S corner bumper was not visible on my photographs. They appear perfectly on mine. This resulted in £200 being taken off the purchase price. However, Steve your collection driver was very good. He arrived on time and explained the whole process from start to finish.

Nice easy straightforward process. Guaranteed price was given from the photos I took on the app. I must say I was worried that when it came to collection there would be tyre kicking and haggling. But in fact it was completely the opposite, a very professional guy called Sean came, gave the car a look over, had a coffee whole helping me sort the documents, very helpful and friendly guy. My part of the payment was in the bank before Sean left and I have already now recieved proof of the finance payment having been made.
