Geralt service from Connor via e-mail. Explained everything very well and was very quick to reply my emails. I was worried I am going to get less money than what was guaranteed, but I was assured that if everything is disclosed and photographed about the car then there should be no further reduction in value. Car got picked up and money was sent straight away. The pick up lasted about an hour and once everything is checked a link was sent where I could type in my details.

I tried all the auction sites, then put an advert on Autotrader and with over a 100 views I got calls from trade time wasters offering very low prices. Then Flavia from BigWantsYourCar.com contacted me with a top price valid for seven days. I waited over the Bank Holiday to see if I got any calls from any private buyers but none came. Very easy service. Gave me a better price than any of the other similar options. All dealt with very smoothly over the phone and through email. Keith who came to collect the car was friendly and helpful. It took a few minutes for the payment email to come through but the money was in the bank straight away. The price quoted was the price I received.

So easy to deal with Flavia was great offered the price I wanted then the 2 guys who came to collect bang on time all in all they checked the car over and the whole process was done in less than an hour and money into my account before they even left. Iv done 4 stars, overall was sold well and near my asking price. When picked it up person on the phone said they wasnt expecting alot of problems with the car when it was on auto trader ad. Was put on hold after informing them of this and then they realised their mistake and just knocked £100 for tyres. Person picking up the car was spot on though.
