From making the initial engagement on-line through to the collection process it's gone very smoothly. The app was easy to use when downloading pictures. If you are honest with your car, they will offer you a really competitive quote, they were the best for me and they stuck to the offer unlike some other companies. All the staff were extremely friendly and helpful keeping me informed all through the process. The guy picking up my car was extremely helpful in guiding me on the transaction process of payment and through DVLA. The money was in my account before he loaded the car onto the truck. Have no issues in recommending them

Big Wants Your Car was an easy process and very legit. They didn’t knock money off upon collection, or try and haggle me down. They kept to the agreed price. Jamie, the person who collected the car, was lovely and made me feel at ease about the process and was extremely thorough. He was patient and helped us through to the final stages to get the payment. The payment was in my account before he left. Overall, a very good experience.

Sold my car to these guys, valuation was easy online uploading details and pics etc. Some detail was missed when I asked about collection from my place of work. I understand it as they need to verify the car is yours and ideally collection from registered address on V5. Got all docs through via DocuSign. Called to arrange collection. On the morning got a text From Hayley saying due 11. Arrived on time. Mini bus full Of the team doing other collections. Really friendly bunch. Hayley verified car condition, verified ownership etc. Very straight forward process took about 45mins to receive funds and complete log book. Great team easy service!!!

Everything was really good, apart from the length of time to get through to the call centre The morning of the car pick up. After 2.5 hours the company suppling the driver cancelled the job and the driver left without the car. Had to wait for the following Monday to go through the process again.

DON'T BELIEVE THESE PEOPLE THEY ARE SCAMMERS. THEY DEAL THROUGH EXCHANGE MY CAR WHO WILL EMAIL AND TEXT YOU WITH HIGH VALUATIONS. WHEN YOU THEN ACCEPT BIG WANTS YOUR CAR THEN GO THROUGH THE PICTURE UPLOADING ROUTINE AND THEN GIVE YOU A HEAVILY REDUCED OFFER. WHEN QUERIED THEY HIDE BEHIND THE FACT THAT THEIR ORIGINAL OFFER WAS THROUGH EXCHANGE MY CAR.

I had tried 2 different providers to try and sell my car but was let down on both occasions for different reasons. I had obtained a quote from BigWantsYourCar which was the best offer I had received. When they came to collect/inspect the car they didn’t use this as an opportunity to extort a much lower price and was treated very fairly. Excellent customer service, I would recommend to anyone.

Excellent from start to finish. I tried 4 companies and this one was the best price. Tilly was very good guiding me through the paperwork side of things. On collection day Luke rang me to say he was held up at the first job. He rang again 40 mins before arriving. The hand over was very smooth I found Luke very helpful and polite. I would recommend using this company to sell your car.

It’s always daunting for a private person selling their car, and to be honest we had some lowball offers from various other online companies. But bigwantsyour car called us with a fairly decent offer. We told them what we really needed to let the car go. They got back straight away and agreed. The gentleman came to look at the car was very courteous and polite and payment happened all relatively quick on the driveway and he trailered the car away, they’re obviously making their margin on top which is fine. Never begrudge anyone who makes a margin, I would certainly recommend and most certainly use again. Top service 👍🏻👍🏻

Got excellent quote for my car, far better than other companies had offered me, Tilly needs a mention as I had a few issues with my private plates but was no problem for her, Driver had to come to my house twice(Lucas, an absolute gent btw)and all dealt with in same week. Can’t go wrong with this company in my opinion!
