This company is sometimes slow, i don't know that I'm the one who is waiting for money that I withdraw around 14th of Saturday this December still waiting even now

I am still waiting for my funds from last week,I tried by all means to communicate with yes play but till today I haven't been helped.

I usually use this bet site and don't have problem with them however recently had made a withdrawal on the 14 Dec and as much as they say EFT withdrawal don't get processed over weekend but it turned fully green(processed) on the same day and it had a message saying my withdrawal would be paid on the next business day. It's a week later and I'm still waiting. Support is crappy as the agents are giving a generic message and not even bothering to check why if the payment is processed why have customer still not received money. Also their system was somehow breached and they bothered not to inform us as customers. They have no telephone line you can contact them on as the listed number rings twice then a hold song plays for minutes until you get tired and hang up. The email contact is useless as no one responds. I see a malebo had some issue and their response is the same they give you in live chat, there's an Akhona H in chat who was clueless and dismissive and count wait to get of the chat and a Natalie who does not bother to investigate. The live chat is the most useless feature, seems everyone there is literally getting paid to show up, query resolution is of no importance. I've made withdrawals over weeks and got my money on the next business day but now suddenly because of one extra holiday in the weekend we can't get our monies. Alot of people are affected by this and Yesplay is acting like nothing is going on and hoping people will just walk away and you get to keep those monies. Already they know all the people affected by this hack they had but they still not attending to them or reaching out with a solution.

I cannot make a withdrawal, keeps saying that my bank details are wrong. chat does not respond to massages, such an annoying app. only deposit options are user friendly i guess only because money will be coming in. The land line number provided rings un answered.

May you please work on your withdrawal system. You will be out of business if you don't improve. From non payments to deposits disappearing your company now looks like a scam. Hopefully you will improve otherwise you will be one customer less come end of December. P/S please stop letting your robot respond to queries it's useless and remove that 021 200 5992 number from your contacts it doesn't get through 10 days still counting nothing resolved and call center is clueless keeps on giving contradicting information

Its been more than 72hrs and i have not received my payout, now i must wait another day then send my bank statements as proof. I won money, unable to with draw. It says that my account is being verified and can take up to 15 minutes but it has been 2 days. The chatbot is of no help and now doesn't even respond. The number connects and then cuts off. I sent an email, not sure if I will get a reply. Please don't use this app unless you have a way of contacting them for any challenges you may experience. Lesson learned the hard way sadly.
