I won a handfull of money on this betting site, i was only able to withdraw R1000, when i submitted any other amount or even R900 they rejected my withdrawals, sent me a message stating i should take a selfie holding my bank statements that show my deposits along with my ID card, after submitted, no response, its been 3 days and no customer support recieved, they send me emails after 20:00 in the night stating they’re busy with my FICA , but it was already verified. They only allowed me to withdraw R1000 the other withdrawals they reject. Guys do not gamble on this site, it’s definitely a scam & no agents available to talk to, the landline just ring, after a few seconds they even say this number doesn’t exist. Do not trust this, it’s a SCAM!

After struggling to make my withdrawal, a YesPlay agent (Roxane) contacted me to assist and resolve my withdrawal issue. I was told that the funds will be available in my bank account withinn 24 hours. After 48 hours, the app said my claim has been rejected. Very frustrating.

I made two withdrawals of R2000 and R5000 respectively on the 25 September. The following day only R2000 was deposited into my account. Struggled to get to their telephone numbers until they gave me the telephone number from the email that I sent. Yes play requested my recent bank statement on Monday. I requested my bank and I was charged 5 pages for almost R150. Till today I m still waiting for my R5000
