I sent a email asking when can I expect my winnings and was told it take up to 74hrs. Why . This is ridiculous . Just want to tel people to keep a eye on theire winnings pay out it could dissappear if you not keep a eye on youre wings. I am so dessipointed in yesplay .

South Africa | 04 December 2024I requested a withdrawal on 29/11/2024. It was processed on 01/12/2024 which I understand. What I don't understand is that it's been OVER 72hours and it still hasn't reflected into my account!!! There has been a constant back and forth on email. Only with excuses though. Once 72hrs have passed, their new excuse is technical difficulties. There are a few other complaints I'd seen just like mine. PLUS the contact number on their site is fake!! It is absolutely insane how this is actually a standard. My reference is 895007. Each time you send an email, you get a new reference. Need I say anymore! Terrible horrible pathetic experience!!!!

The livechat its even worse. how do one get help. the bonus part its worse i made 7 time more that the bonus but still can withdraw. that is happening with yesplay.

I did get a voucher and pin code for the hundred rand , but already withdraw ,by who I don't know! The above two amounts is my money , and it seems to me that you gave my money to someone else.
