The process of selecting the perfect ring seemed very daunting as I had no experience and all the different retailers had various prices for seemingly rings with the same design. Everything was mass produced. The sales reps were always pushing for high commission higher profited sales. They used labs that were owned by them or known for misleading consumers making the product better then it was in reality. When I spoke with Ritani it was a completely different ballgame. Tamara & Amrita spent several hours educating me through the entire process. They asked questions on what she / I wanted. Then they made a mockup entirely risk free. They made recommendations counter to just maximizing their profits because it was the right thing to do; for example that I didn't need the whitest diamond in a rose gold setting as you couldn't tell the difference up to an I/J color. They taught me about carat size not being as important as the table as that is visible to the naked eye. Speaking of risk-free they were the only one to guarantee customer satisfaction on a custom ring. After the order was placed, the ring arrived on time in less than two weeks. This timeline was much better then the 3-6 months other companies quoted The finished product was a little cheaper than Jared for a much higher product (Platinum & 18k Rose Gold vs. 14k white/rose gold). Not to mention, I saved a bundle not having sales tax. They had higher quality side stones. The ring is a work of art and not a mass produced ring. She gets compliments and random stares from strangers looking at how shiny it is. I have never had this much pleasure and satisfaction with any company I have ever done business with.

Jess from customer service went above and beyond. She helped me tweak a design to hold a different shape stone. Then she sent stone suggestions and reasoning of what would look best in my setting. She even went to her management to check for current promotions. I was very impressed! I can’t wait to see the finished product!
