Compared to other major online diamond retailers, I don't think Ritani is meeting the standard. The lack of 3d video of diamonds makes them more difficult to decide between, especially when not looking at standard round diamonds. The main selling point of this for me was to be able to have the diamond shipped to a store near me. That sounded awesome until I tried to do it. I never received a confirmation email, and can't figure out the status of it. Wouldn't recommend to others. It's a bit concerning these issues on an item close to $10k with nearly $1k markup from their cost. >>> Update After communicating with Ritani we've resolved the email issue. Their customer service is excellent. Hopefully they fix some of their email issues and continue to improve their site. If they get the 3d videos up, that will bump me up to 5.

I like the process a lot but after putting my order in this morning, I still haven’t received the link to wire the money!

After months of waiting I finally popped the question. The staff at Ritani (Nicole) has been awesome working with me through getting her ring resized and back to my eager fiancé as soon as possible. My whole process with this ring from first purchasing it, doing a repair, proposing and a resize has been handled so smoothly and I would highly recommend anyone who’s considering buying a diamond or engagement ring online to use Ritani. They just get it. They are your go to people for an engagement ring.

Super easy to order from Ritani. We got her engagement and wedding ring as well as my wedding ring on line. The "chat" is fantastic. A+ grade for all aspects!

Cite was pretty easy to order from. iPhone may have made it somewhat difficult to make financing order vs computer, but I figured it out after a few minutes of playing around with accepting disclosures and figuring out e-signaute. Overall, fairly easy online process and solid online deals with quality service.

They did side by side comparison of the Diamond reports if was seeing in store. I found a better quality of the same carat and a setting for less. I am completely satisfied.

Love my diamond stud the only mishaps were the backs weren’t screw backs and I almost lost one of them on Day 2. But they did agree to send another back ASAP. So customer service is great as well as quality of the diamonds.

Website felt a little hard to navigate. I couldn't search for individual diamonds. The link I was given in an email after I purchased a diamond never worked so I couldn't verify which one it was. Besides that, the prices are really good and email correspondence was fast and helpful.

Amrita was very helpful (and patient) with me while trying to decide which anniversary ring to purchase and remained kind when I changed my mind. When we were suddenly called out of town, they diverted the delivery and held it until we returned. The diamonds are even better than the VS2 quality stated, I honestly believe they are flawless. I would recommend Ritani to anyone contemplating a jewelry purchase.

Excellent help from the person I chatted online with. I didn’t have to wait long for a response after I logged on with questions. Also Ritani is the only online jewelry store still having sale prices after Christmas. James Allen and blue Nile do not. Way to go Ritani!!!

I have purchased from Ritani 4 or 5 times before, but they are changing for the worse, lately and drastically... Especially with their new staff Nicole... It happened twice in the last 3 months where I bought a diamond online and asked her for a customer setting... She would initally communicate with me, but go silent upon my follow-up questions... And just shipped the diamond to me without any further communications... I guess she really does not care.
