Everyone at Ritani is amazing, but I worked through most of the process with Silvia who is phenomenal! They helped me more than I could've imagined, kept my wife from finding out about the upgrade, and always answered their phone within 2 minutes. I cannot recommend Ritani and Silvia enough. If you're hesitant about using an online jeweler, I guarantee you will not be disappointed in Ritani.

Ritani was also quick to provide different options and solutions when faced with some delays in the process due to the current pandemic, and were very helpful throughout the whole process. United States | 10 June 2020There were so many issues within such a small given time frame. The diamond was not available as initial delivery date. I understand that the pandemic is causing a lot of issues with shipping and what not, but the following actions not taken are the reason for my rating. I called to speak with two representatives. Both offered to look into alternatives for me, but one provided me with junk quality diamonds around the same price. Obviously, If I wanted something of lesser quality, I would have done so, but I ordered it specific to the T. Also, the second person never followed up with me as promised with my specific requirements. Customer service could have been so much better. There were no discounts offered or other solutions provided on a $11,000 purchase. What a shame. May have to look elsewhere even though the price at Ritani was decent. It's more so about the principle more than anything else, that no one found a way to help or followed up.

My fiance had a good experience with customer service, so when it came to me having to purchase my wedding ring and my fiance's ring I did not hesitate to order from Ritani. Silva was amazing, she help me out tremendously with my order, she was patient and highly knowledgeable and answered all my questions and concerns. I walked away completely satisfied. I highly recommend this company, not only will you get high quality products but you will get amazing customer service.

Anytime you’re making a significant purchase like this from an online experience it can of course make you anxious. Multiple members of the staff were in regular contact with me from my initial call in to ask questions, my purchase of the product, and shipping and logistics and finally they also checked in once my product had arrived. To top it all off, the diamond was absolutely stunning and at a far lower price than ANY of their competitors including James Allen! I would highly, highly recommend Ritani for any and all of your jewelry and diamond needs.

United States | 20 May 2020I ordered diamond earrings on May 13. Called on May 18 to follow up on shipping and they told me my order was scheduled for May 21. My anniversary is on May 22. On May 19 I get an email late in the day saying my order will now arrive on May 28. I find this unacceptable and am very disappointed this was not conveyed to me at the time of order. It would have given me a chance to order them some place else. I do not recommend this company.
