During the COVID-19 pandemic, the Ritani rep kept communicating updates, even sent my ring via FedEx in order to prevent further delays in its delivery to my local jeweler. The ring is gorgeous! I would recommend them highly!

Great Customer Service

I just spoke to someone named MARLA or similar, she would not repeat her name when asked. She was rude and not helpful. I had to walk her through locating my order. My request was simple. I placed an on line order on 4.28 and my credit card was authorized. She could not find the order and kept insisting that the last transaction was in March. I asked to speak to her supervisor, she said she is the supervisor and she is the manager and there is no one above her. Due to her terrible customer service. I cancelled the order when she finally found it. Suggestion, get a new manager or send her to training. People spending a lot of money want to speak to professionals, not arrogant divas

I ordered a wedding band during Covid-19 and Ritani was offering 25% off wedding bands— could not pass up this deal! Eagerly, I jumped to purchase the matching band to my engagement ring even though I knew it could be weeks or months before it would be shipped. It arrived in less than two weeks and I even received a phone call stating the estimated delivery date. Amazing customer service and a beautiful wedding band for (hopefully) our October wedding. Took my payment and failed to immediately secure the diamond. I heard back two days later that it wasn’t available. Ruined my engagement plans. Thanks Ritani! Buyer beware.

We love Ritani and have been very please with past orders/experiences and the quality of the rings have been impeccable. The only complaint I have at this time is lack of communication on the front end. There is no email confirmation received until this review is sent and then until the order is shipped. It would be a much better experience to immediately receive a confirmation email upon ordering and then receive further updates from there.

The diamond I picked ended up being sold but they contacted me right away and showed me a comparable diamond. The comparable diamond was more expensive than the original I chose but they honored the original price. Customer service was on point.
