Nothing went wrong just shopping experience wasn’t amazing. But your shop return policy is way too expensive for me as a customer to swallow. The sizes of the item weren’t correct in the item description hence I had to return. The return cost me 30% of the returned item price. How can this be a good experience???

Very happy with the 2x jumpers ordered. However, very unhappy with the fact that I had to pay import tax (£76) which increased the overall cost by 1/3. I was not notified of this extra charge until my order was confirmed. Will not be purchasing from here again.

package was shipped almost one week after the order was placed and the shoes was not in perfect condition (with minor scratches)

i ordered some burberry slidders which cost me 252 i have had text messages saying there out for delivery were i have booked time off work and they haven't shown up and are now saying that i have to pay a extra 83pound tax on top i carnt get hold off the company has anybody else had this trouble has i dont know how to get my money back

Coltorti shipped my hat in a small box, squishing the hat. Now I have to try to bring the shape back or return it. Not a good experience .

Everything was great. Delivery was a bit long but understandable since it was coming from overseas. Great customer service. Only thing is they don’t refund the shipping fee when return. Hopefully they’ll have a warehouse in US soon so they can be more flexible on return fees

Ho acquistato una borsa fendi il 26 agosto: trattandosi di borsa firmata volevo la fattura, nel caso mi stufassi e volessi rivenderla.Ero convinta di aver barrato la casella di richiesta fattura e il giorno dopo ho mandato mail al servizio clienti per ribadire tale esigenza. Mi è stato detto che non si poteva perchè a loro non risultava nessuna richiesta in tal senso. Ho pensato : Pazienza, almeno arriverà con scontrino di acquisto. Invece mi è arrivata una borsa firmata che ha solo la dust bag, niente scatola e niente scontrino...vergognoso
