I deleted my first review with 1 star because I was told by Coltorti to delete them because I trusted them that they will ship my orders ASAP but FALSE HOPE. It’s been days and up to today, no updates whether my items will be shipped. I am requesting for a full refund ASAP. I don’t know but they are a big scam. ISSUE A REFUND FOR Order no. 12000034665

Customs and excise tax not completely clear on website, nor is it fully stipulated within terms and conditions of sale. It is mentioned on the website but the amount of tax that is likely to be paid should be mentioned on checkout. £160 paid £50 tax, the goods across this website should take into account all taxes depending on country of purchase. I would not have purchased the items if the tax implications where made clear. No complaints and reconciliation process. This is pretty standard across other EU and global retailers.

I would give 5 stars but the problem is my address was given to the fedex incomplete so when it arrived in Istanbul, it stayed there for some time, I realised later in the tracking info, fedex noted “incorrect address” so I called them up and fixed the issue. 4 stars to fedex for not calling me when the address is wrong, 4 stars to coltorti for not properly giving the address to fedex.
