Excellent delivery service by DHL. The only thing you need to improve is the time it takes for you to ship a package after the order us confirmed. Mine took approximately two weeks or more to be shipped.

Had to pay £60 tax for a £70 jumper to the UK, I understand this is not coltorti’s fault but should give clearer guidelines on the expected amount of tax to pay

I have ordered the same order 7 times and it keeps getting canceled on their end. I have tried different payment methods to no avail. I called my bank to make sure they weren't rejecting the transaction, and they told me it was Coltorti's system. I've reached out to customer service and they have provided no real solution that has worked. This is the worst experience and I will not be shopping on this website again. I understand the need to protect against fraud, but when your system is constantly denying transactions that have been approved by your bank, there's no reason why my order should keep getting canceled. Absolutely absurd.

The box was sealed with its original tape.The wrapping paper inside was already torn open.The Ralph LaurenJacket’s plastic garment bag was ripped. The jacket had been removed and when replaced just crushed inside. The jacket is wonderful but will need to be professionally steamed to get the creases out.

Overall the service was very efficient and I got a timely response when I wanted to make a return: however the import costs were very expensive and not clearly highlighted when I made the purchase; and as a result I will be c.£100 out of pocket as a result of returning the items. Very good service but beware of the costs of Brexit!
