I bought a bag from Marni and it arrived in Denmark after a few days. There was a small cosmetic flaw on the bag, otherwise brand new and wrapped in all the usual wrapping and a dust bag. I wrote Coltorti and received response the same day and we agreed on a solution. They did offer a full refund and to cover the shipping cost, no problem there - if I chose that. So have nothing to complain about - quick delivery and service.

I wasn’t expecting to pay an additional $100 to DHL for import duties so not happy about that. However the handbag is beautiful

i ordered a bag and never received it . i emailed them and they said sorry we cant do anything. so be careful with them. also after i did my purchase they asked another 200$ for shipping me the bag ( which i paid again ) and still didn’t receive anything
