Horrible customer service. Won’t be buying here again and let others know not to buy

I bought a bag off my partners account for my daughters 21st birthday unaware of the £51 income tax, I have already saved for months for this bag and I really can not afford the £51 and now worried it will not come for her birthday by time I have found the money! I am so dissapointed and worried after reviews they will not reply to my email. I just see the replies of ‘this is in the terms and conditions’ I’m sorry but who reads the terms and conditions? This should be made totally obvious to customers buying! Especially with how prices are at the moment :( Really disappointed so far :(

I can't express how happy and impressed I am with Coltorti Boutique. From constant communication with customer service, to packing and prompt delivery, to the product that I ordered itself. Totally awesome website. I definitely recommend it and will buy from them again.

CON ARTISTS. Please be aware that significant additional charges are added to your order after it's been sent out for delivery, with no easy way of cancelling. They will no doubt post some corporate reply about not being able to calculate the taxes before hand and how it is noted in the small print - but this information is very deliberately not made very clear, in order to convince customers that the items are cheaper than they actually are. The information about the additional charges should be displayed a lot more prominently, with a proper warning (ie a pop-up box checking that you understand and agree to pay these additional charges). Delivery is also quite slow and there is no contact number to get in touch. Won't be using again. AVOID!

Excellent service. I've ordered the same item twice in different sizes. I got my first refund on time. And the second item has been delivered successfully. Yes there might be an extra tax payment due to the custom regulations. I paid them as well but still the prices are in great level and the service is smooth. Thanks.

The experience with Coltori Boutique was seemless. I asked for certain specifics to be sent with my order and the instructions were followed correctly. The email responses were quick and International delivery was not more than a couple of days
