Shopping with Coltorti was amazing. I was looking for a bag that was a little overpriced on other sites and was able to find it here AND apply a coupon code and it was still cheaper than all of the other sites like Nordstrom which I was thoroughly pleased with. The shipping was extremely fast and because my order was under $800 (I believe it was $250) I didn’t have to pay extra for customs. This is a very reputable site that I would shop through again! At first I was nervous but because I was able to locate a coupon code on the Retailmenot app I figured it was legit.

Lousy customer service and won't go out of their way to rectify their mistake. The item was a gift and they sent the wrong oil with the diffuser, I ask them to send a replacement but they refused. The only option was to send everything back which they 'offered' to refund me for. Again, as it was a gift this wasn't an option. No goodwill to speak of. UPDATE: I didn't ask, not wanted a refund - I asked for the correct item to be sent.

As a US citizen took a chance by purchasing an item from an overseas company and having it shipped to the US. Item arrived quickly, in perfect condition, and as ordered. Couldn't be more pleased.

First off I have to say I was disappointed from the beginning knowing that in 2022 you have to pay for shipping and returns to the US honestly get with it. Every European company nowadays offers free shipping and returns. So the shoes I purchased (Jimmy Choo bling 65)were a great price (the only positive) but they were half size too small and came with missing stones. I received the package at 4:40 pm and opened it and sent an email to the company of my findings at 6:15 literally less then 2 hours between. I sent pics and everything that was asked showing the shoe has not been worn in less then two hours in my possession. They kept sending me emails asking for such stupid questions. Take a picture of the tags - the shoes did not come with any tags! Send us a pic of the bottoms of the shoes -I did. Just weird requests like what could I have done in less then two hours of having the shoes?? I searched the whole box in out no stones. Anyways, I got so frustrated just apologize and make the correction what’s with all the back and forth?! Send a few stones, give me instructions on what to do to fix it - nothing! I’m still waiting for a reply with a correction on their end . It’s not even worth returning because I lose almost 50$ with the shipping costs 🤯 and now I have to lose more money on fixing the shoe.

Coltorti is a great website, but considering how expensive the clothing is, return shipping is too expensive. Every other website in this price range offers free returns. In the future, unless something's on sale, or I'm absolutely sure I'm going to keep it, I'll check other websites for my needs.

was first sceptical due to the bad reviews but my golden goose jumper was 200 pounds less so I risked and tried it. Best decision ever, as it arrived quickly and packaged beautifully. Beware of the import taxes but they make this very aware ( paid 63 pounds taxes on my 160 pound jumper ) !!!
