Jacket is great I thought I found a great price better than anywhere else. But my issue is not with Coltorti. I paid £230 English pounds for the jacket and I had to pay DHL import tax of £90 so I could of just bought the jacket from a London based shop. Don’t buy from here if you live in London the import tax is to much and you don’t know till you get the bill from DHL So in all I paid over £100 shipping as the silly reply I just got. Yes they do t include taxes but you should give a estimate to customers. £100 for 1 small jacket. Thing is you can’t even send it back because your 100 pounds down

Re Marni Trunk soft medium bag: Love the quality of this bag. It is elegant (the clasp really elevates it) yet sturdy enough to be a work horse in my day-to-day running errands, taking wallet in and out for purchases, etc. The exterior slip pocket is spacious enough to easily fit my phone. This bag is going to get a lot of use! I took it to the Marni store here in NY, and they agreed spraying protector on it was a good idea so I did that. The price on Coltorti was more than 50% off the usual retail price (not including import duties to USA, but easy to estimate on govt website) Re Coltorti: Thanks to Coltorti, the bag was delivered quickly and in perfect condition. Very happy with the entire process and the incredible price for an authentic, new bag. I’d definitely shop here again.

Terrible!!! Beware shopping from here. I ordered Bally shoes from here on May 23. It was stuck in Italy for more than week cause of incomplete documentation from sender. I’ve contacted coltorti boutique customer service just after ordering for release my shipment. But nothing helpful. It had been stuck there until I opened case to DHL myself. I’ve contact several time DHL and Coltorti customer service. Totally wasted my time and effort. And finally it moved to USA on Jun 4th. I was at home all day long but DHL said fail to delivery cause of nobody at home. It was so ridiculous and insane. I could track realtime my shipment follow DHL sent text to me the realtime tracking on the map. DHL never attempted delivery. It was my wife’s birthday gift. So it ruined my wife birthday. And after weekend it tried to deliver again yesterday. My wife was at home all day again. She never signed and heard anything from DHL. But DHL said package delivered. This package has signature required option. I have no idea where is my package. So I contacted again to DHL and Coltorti, and they are investigating it now. According to Coltorti shipping policy, “delivery time to USA is 2-3days”. This is totally lie to customer. I usually order from farfetch, they never late and never missed delivery even no shipping charge. How about Coltorti? They charge shipping and never arrived on time. I will ask refund my money back for missing package package and never order from Coltortiboutique again. So now, I wasted my time and efforts then I don’t have my wife’s shoes. This is the worst shopping experience.. UPDATE: After contacted Perla who is a customer care support staff. She acted immediately to contact DHL and filed claim to investigation for lost package. I got result from her today that DHL confirmed lost package and email from Coltortiboutique for refund whole money back. I'm sure Coltortiboutique's customer care team definitely did great job for finding a solution. Even though I had really tough time for this shopping, but I think this is a big fault from DHL not Coltorti. Thanks, Perla.
