Defect on Product Upon receiving my product, I noticed a faint red line on the back of all the cards. I am dissatisfied and would like to discuss how to remedy this. The ordering process was wonderful. However, I am dissatisfied with the final product.

I do design from time to time, so I move from one organization to another, I work on the side and do design work from time to time, so I need a printer that's going to be reliable inexpensive, and have the quality that my clients need. These guys check off all the boxes. I know that local printers, can often be so much faster, they might also have better quality from time to time, and they might also be cheaper, but it's kind of a mixed bag, so I want someone reliable that I can use all the time no matter where I am, that's why I choose printplace.com.

While using your site previously and was very pleased, this recent time I was not so satisfied with the products. The business cards are a whole lot thinner than the first batch I purchased.

I paid $150 for overnight shipping and have still not received our package. Our deadline has passed and we no longer can use this order. I kindly request a full refund.
