Print Place is where we have been getting our subscription applications for our non-profit all volunteer ambulance company for years. We have not been disappointed yet. The quality is superb, and the turnaround time is quick. Thank you for making this time of year, which is quite busy for us, less stressful in this aspect.

I was a little worried after reading some reviews, but I’m very happy to report my order went great! The initial upload was not working well, but their REAL PERSON customer service was great! I was able to get my art sent. I ordered door hangers for my sons business. I initially insisted I didn’t need a pdf proof, but the on line support I spoke with insisted it is a good idea. I was fortunate he did this, as my artwork for the perforation I wanted, was off. At first the expected delivery was further out than I had hoped for, but it was shipped a few days sooner than originally given. My son received the door hangers today and called me up to show them to me. He was thrilled and they turned out great! Very happy with this service and would certainly use them for further projects.

Print quality is not consistent. There have been variations in color as well as sheen (glossy vs. matte) with 2 different orders/products. Also, for the business cards I ordered, the finished product does not match the proof, and the heading is nearly unreadable. This should have been caught in the company's review process before final printing. I have reached out multiple times to the company. Some of the times, they did not reply. When they did, they asked for photos, which I had already sent twice. Then they wanted more photos. I gave up and did not want to waste more time.

Great quality at a reasonable price and delivered FAST!!!

My circle stickers came out off center. There was too much negative space on the left hand side of the sticker. When I approved the proof it was on center. I would’ve never sent it to production if I saw that it was going to be off. The print quality however, was fantastic.

Printed wrong. The cards would have looked better printed on an inkjet printer. The text on the card was blurry. They denied they did anything wrong. If that is the best quality they can produce, DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM. You would be better off buying an inkjet printer.

business cards printed incorrectly and badly. one-sided card was printed on both sides. raised spot gloss was smeared. black ink background "chipped" on edges. customer service could not give an answer about reprinting in over 5 days. finally got a refund. would not use again.

Great customer service and the person I spoke to in the art department was very helpful and definitely well skilled. He managed to get my changes done on my design without any problems in a timely manor.

I research vendors at length before deciding on one. And, this awesome printing company did not disappoint. The customer service is excellent and they keep you updated in the progress of your order along the entire timeline.

Bought 5000 stickers for $250 & $29 for shipping. When they arrived the white border was not trimmed off. After speaking with multiple people, I was told everything from they adjusted it themselves, my graphic had a white background to all circles stickers that they print have a white border. It does't say this anywhere during placement of the order. They refused to fix it and only offered me a $49 credit. Buyer beware!

I LOVE how easy it is to reorder!! Design process was super easy, and product arrived as ordered (the colors and quality were perfect). Absolutely amazing experience. Will be ordering again.

Worst experience with any printer I've ever dealt with. After all the hassle of trying to get PrintPlace to print my order the way I had set it up, you still screwed it up by folding the cards inside out. I had to refold all of the cards. And I didn't receive them until the 24th so now all of my cards will be late even though I sent the file in on 12/9/22. I've written to supervisor Glenda several times but she has not responded to my recent emails. I am really upset with the horrible quality of the work you've done on my project. Glenda promised me a store credit but since I will NEVER used PrintPlace again, that is totally worthless. I want at the very least, a partial refund.
