Looks terrible. The print is super small and the background is super dark. I dont wear glasses and have to hold it very close to my face to see it. We asked for a lighter background and larger font/zoomed in photo. They dryly said.......NO. Never again.

First off, the final agent we dealt with was great. But the 3 orders of unfortunately bad quality on the cards kept us from accepting the orders. The time that it took to receive these orders was long between reprints. I think the QA process needs to be stepped up and some of the machines need work. Sorry to leave a bad review but I must be truthful. I won't discuss our actual issues but I'm hopefully they will be better for future customers.

I liked the design tools as they were fairly easy to use. Overall it was a good buying experience. I did not care for the freight charges, but these are the times we live in, so no complaints. What I really do not like at all, is that I ordered 1500 door hangers and have to have "arts and crafts day" cutting them all out. Your team did not cut them. Did I miss something in ordering that was supposed to be a check box for cutting them? I scanned a copy I will gladly mail to you. I think its fair that since I now have to pay someone to cut all these, that you might refund a portion of the monies spent. 5 cuts per page times 750 pages. You do the math, it'll be an all day event.

This company is also known as PrintPlace. I am a luxury home photographer with a background of 27 years of experience in print publishing. I have published hundreds of luxury home magazines and managed the printing. I sent a real estate brochure to PrintPlace and the did a horrible job of printing. The brochures were so dark and black ink was way too dark. I spent over an hour on the phone with customer support, they told me that they would re-print the brochures and the next day a customer service rep came back and said they would not re-print the brochures...they stole $395 dolloars from me basically because now I have to have the brochures re-printed somewhere else for my customer....horrible company with terrible customer service and the printing they do is awful. Don't order anything from them.

I ordered several times and I really like the experience. These guys do excellent job from their website to packaging. I like the price and quality what they deliver to customer. With them you can be sure that you get what you need.

The booklets came in a week earlier than expected! They look great! I've use other online print sources, but PrintPlace has been consistently the best, fastest, and usually cheapest prices.
