Print place is great!!! They are friendly and their prices are awesome. I paid 35 bucks for them to make my rack and it was done fast. The rack looks Beautiful!

The printed pieces are always top quality. When I open the delivery and check one of them, by force of habit, I look to find something that is wrong or a little off. I never find anything.

Excellent print quality and timely service.

Purchased 3.5 X 3.5 magnets. They would not stick to my car, 2021 Jeep Wrangler. They asked for pictures and a video. I uploaded to them. They asked for a another video with a different magnet. I told them I did not have another magnet and would have to do it later. The told me that my Jeep Wrangler may have more aluminum than steel In the pictures I sent them there was another magnet, US Flag, on the Jeep. Guess they did not think this was good enough. Two days after that they closed the case because I did not get back to them in time. Very poor product and customer service. I would not recommend this company to anyone! They need to refund me my purchase price and provide an RMA label and I will return the prodcut to them.

We were in a bind needing our project setup from scratch and produced and shipped withing a week. The PrintPlace team was outstanding the the work was excellent. We will be continuing to use their services moving forward.

Disappointed in tickets I purchased. Perforation between ticket and stub or the ticket numbers were in the wrong place. I’m on a time crunch so I will have to make this work.

Love the print quality and the price. However the past couple orders, the envelopes we ordered were noticeably crooked. Faulty envelopes.

I really appreciated the company doing a 2 day turnaround at no expense to me when they mistakenly sent me a retractable banner that I had not ordered. I received the correct banner in time for when I needed to use it. That also was only possible because the original delivery was two days earlier than expected - all up a tremendous service thank you!!

I am sorry to say that I was underwhelmed with the turnaround of product. We paid extra to expedite production and paid extra for 2 day delivery. The products arrived a day late. While I understand things happen, this was a reasonably simple project. I don't think I would use PrintPlace again unless I had a bigger window for turnaround. I used the customer chat support a number of times throughout the process which was mostly helpful. The online template builder for a custom mailer box was good and user friendly, but there were quirks with trying to manage multiple projects. I.e. It wasn't possible to delete project designs that I wasn't going to use in the end. This is a flaw that should be fixed. Messy interface.

Got 1000 sticker bulk order. The print itself was ideal, but the cut tolerance were a little all over the place. The tolerance was within what was promised, but it did affect how many of them looked. However, it was not a big deal, because we got so many.
