I am very impressed with my experience with PrintPlace.com. This company more than exceeded my expectations. I received this print order extremely fast and am very happy with my post cards for my small business.

ease of producing and ordering

Copies were delivered earlier than expected and the print looked good, but the packaging was horrible. I received boxes that did not have any inner packages and most of the copies were bent, folded and out of order. It looked like the box was opened and someone scooped the papers back in and sealed the box.

Horrible my stickers are trash idk how production could ever think that would look right on anything. And I specifically explained what I was looking for and what I wanted them to go on. Now I’m stuck with 2000 pieces of useless paper!

Fast delivery and printing, would recommend

First the order got delayed almost a month without any notifications, only when I asked what happened así was not delivered u was told it was on hold. Then the agent wanted me to pay hundreds of dollars for upgrades when it was your fault. Finally, about the product itself, the front is fine, but the back is washed out. I used the same files to print somewhere else and it was fine. VERY disappointing

They changed the design without permission and sent 5000 junk stickers, and the hassles to get them reprinted were almost never-ending. Their design team kept making changes even when asked not to do so, and their communications were very inconsistent.

The stickers are perfect, just as we ordered and great quality. We also received them sooner than expected. I will definitely use PrintPlace again!

Excellent service all around!

Honestly you guys are great, and my “complaint” is only that your guys menu undefaulted to what I usually order, which is usually vinyl, and it put it to paper, and obviously it’s my fault for not double checking, but out of my two accounts this is the first time it has happened and it’s kind of frustrating basically printing unusable stuff. Just a heads up that your guys menu has been acting weird.

the print have lines , low quality

The cards I ordered were disappointing, and I can't even use them. The print quality looks cheap- they were supposed to be glossy, but they're flat and dull. The print is very dark, the text is not centered on the back, and you can barely read the web address.

The product looks great and works well.

tickets were good quality like first order but there were about 10 tickets that were missing ticket numbers

Today is the 11th day since I called the Printplace and reported that our order of 66,500 cards arrived in unacceptable condition. They have not given me their plan to rectify the order. I am stuck with 1,600 pounds of junk that i paid $4384 dollars for.

Bought stickers to secure belly bands around rolled towels. Explained this was their use when ordered. Adhesive isn't strong enough to hold the paper in place, they just pop off. Called customer service and they refused to back their product up, however they said I could spend even more money and buy different stickers. No thanks.

Great communication and quick service. I appreciate the fast response when I questioned the order.
