I didn't approve th eprint and ithin 5 minutes I canceled the order. However, they gave me such a hard time. They don't allow you to do print proof without ordering but wen you order and do not approve the possible results, they do everything to stop canceling. Very rude customer service. I will never go back. There are many options on the internet to order from

Had a photo from a vacation and wanted to blow it up to poster size (27 x 40) for over our fireplace. Warned that it may not turn out right but worked with me to get it just right. Came very well packaged. Would use again!

My order was cut wrong. The business cards were cut on one side at an angle and I noticed that they misspelled Randy by leaving off the y in Randy. When I brought this to your attention you said I had left off the y in Randy. Sure enough some how it was gone. BUT when you said you would re-print the order I ask to have Randy's name spelled corrected, you said you would. Well the order came in today and it wasn't corrected.

The print job was fast but not exactly as we wanted. I talked with your designer to get the color of our card to print all the way to the edge which they said they could do but when I picked up the cards they had white around the edges.

I ordered 2X2 stickers. Image was very clear and legible, not grainy. After uploading my image and ordering there was a slight issue with my layout so customer service reached out to me to fix it before printing! I'm so thankful they didn't just print without fixing it. Great turn around time and I love that the peel off back it cut in the middle for easy removal
