I have used Travel Nation twice now. They organised a tailor-made 'Round the World' ticket for me so I could travel through several countries during a year. Their support and continued contact during my year travelling was brilliant and gave me confidence. They kept in touch while I was away to alert me to any updates I needed to know about. I used them again to book a trip to the Philippines because I already knew I could trust them to do their best for me.

I cannot fault this company. Each person I have spoken to has been well-informed, eager to assist and quick to respond. Every promise to confirm information by email within a stated timeframe has been kept, and the overall impression is that they have wanted to help and to ensure my requirements have been met. It has been a real pleasure to deal with this company.

I usually arrange my own travel, but a friend recommended Travel Nation to help me designing a 4-month multi-flight trip and I decided to give them a try. They did help as it was very useful to have them processing all the flight purchases for me. However I expected more than just a flight tickets “broker”. My friend said she had many interesting conversations with her advisor that helped her designing her route. In my case, the TN advisor I had when I bought the flights sounded quite junior and I remember wondering what it was so special about using this type of company. Sorry if it is down to one poor Representative...

So far, so good! Deposit paid, due to go later in the year. Helpful and adaptable assistant. Kept working on our itinerary until it met all our needs.

Everything went really well with our trip It wasn’t their fault the camper had problems, but they were all sorted easy enough (I even got compensation from Apollo campers) Okay one of the resorts wasn’t what I had expected, but it wasn’t TN’s fault, just me being picky Lily did a great job of arranging everything, she did such a good job she is sorting my next trip TN may not be the cheapest but they get the job done (well they did for us)

We recently booked a private tour of Sri lanka and were guided along the way by Claire. Claire has been so enthusiastic and helpful and endlessly patient. It took a little while to get everything just right but Claire was always so kind and we never felt pressured to make a decision. The final itinerary we are so happy with at a cost that we feel is very competitive. We have used other world wide travel agents previously but will now return to Travel Nation in future.

David our holiday planner was so helpful with suggestions and once he gave us a suggested itinery was happy to change things to suit our tastes and budget. We're so excited to go on our holiday.

I've been in cahoots with Charlie Maybank for a few weeks now and I am honestly astounded by how wonderfully efficient she has been. We immediately hit it off, sharing a similar sense of humour, thus making it easy for her to understand what I wanted. I came to her with limited knowledge of what I wanted and what the best routes and stops, tours etc would be and she was extraordinarily patient, giving suggestions that would be cost effective but still allowing flexibility. She had a massive puzzle to put together and managed to do so very quickly. She always kept me in the loop with progressions, and took me through everything step by step so I was clear on the itinerary as well as making necessary changes according to my wants. She has been a true wonder and I'm thrilled she was on the other end of the phone when I called, thank you Charlie, and I have no doubt that my trip will be one to remember!

Travel Nation (Charlie Maybank) arranged our trip of a lifetime in November, December 2018. We went to Hong Kong (3 nights), New Zealand (2 weeks in a camper van), Fiji (4 nights in a beach resort) and Singapore (3 nights). We had high expectations and the total experience was far, far better than we could have wished for. We just gave Charlie a rough idea of what we wanted, our budget and she planned and arranged everything. - Her suggestions of where to go and the things we set up fo us was simply first class. Everything went like clockwork. Would recommend Travel Nation to anyone, especially Charlie.

Having never travelled to Asia before, when it came to planning our honeymoon, my husband and I really didn't know where to start. In stepped TravelNation. We had 3 weeks to play with and knew that we wanted to combine Thailand, Cambodia and Vietnam into our trip, we gave a brief outline of what we wanted to get from our trip and were given several options to choose from, which we then played around with several times to get the perfect honeymoon for us.
