What a good connection. In most cases is the 4g-connection better then the WiFi of hotels. When you have a problem, the helpdesk will help you very fast.

First time using e-sim, was easy to activate and had no issues at all. Worked great in all places my boyfriend and I visited in Vietnam (Hoi An, Danang, Hanoi and Ha Long Bay).

Very good deal with 30 days unlimited data plan if you are concerned by no internet limit access. The VinaPhone network is also great, with a very wide coverage in town or near the coast. I was a bit worried about how to activate the esim but the instructions were very clear, available for android and ios. So to be recommended warmly.

Bought the sim for unlimited data for 30 days same stopped worked during the holiday no communication from gigago regards same although it was their service that was the issue. Got in contact with them informed I needed to change plan which was difficult to set up and did not last for the rest of the trip despite originally ordering the 30 day unlimited plan and the trip only being 28 days.

The activation process is clearly explained, we had no problem adding the eSim prior to arriving to VN. When arrived we had no problem texting the number provided to activate. Used this eSIM for traveling in Vietnam. It worked really good. Be careful when using it for a hotspot. My iPad exceeded the daily quota within minutes. But in the next morning, everything was working fine again.

I bought 2 Esim one month before I travel to Vietnam. One for me and one for my partner. Firstly, one of the Esim when I scanned the QR code it did not work. I contacted Gigago via whatsapp and they resend a new QR code for me. My partner and I installed the Esim onto Iphone 12 in Sydney and activated it in Vietnam when we landed but the Esim did not work. We contacted Gigago via whatsapp messages and they helped us to resolve the problems. I used Esim for 14 days in Saigon, Da Nang, Hoi An & Hue.(2 gigs used) I still keep my number in Australia and did not use the Esim number in VN during the whole trip.

Needed an esim for my daughter travelling solo for a month in Vietnam. Excellent offer of 120gb (4gb a day) for 30 days WITH a Vietnamese number and local calls. Perfect. After trialling Airalo and finding poor support, I tested Gigago support (via WhatsApp). Again perfect - friendly, FAST and very helpful. My daughter has just returned from her months travels using the esim - all went very smoothly and never an issue. Great company, pricing and support. Happy dad.

The Gigago eSIM did operate fine in Vietnam. I installed it on an iPhone 11 in France a few days before leaving home, with the given QR code, and I activated it in the Saigon airport hall upon arrival. I got internet access immediately, and no internet access issue in Da Nang and Phu Quoc island in the south, away from the mainland. The 15Go plan has been more than enough: for 15 days on ste, using Grab and Google Maps + Translate 3 or 4 times a day, the total consumption did not exceed 1 Go. It is very easy to know your internet consomption at any time by texting "Gigago" to 8968. Tip: the instalation instructions are only in English, so take the time to read it completly before start up to fully undertstand all the steps.
