My first time E-sim I could not done by myself and I send message by whatapp and the staff was very very kindly teach me how with photo and tell me how explain with photo, too. this e-sim is very cheap and staff is super kind! I am a big fun!

All in all, the eSIM worked. We had very big problems in the north outside of metropolitan areas. Otherwise the card worked reliably. I expected to use the network from the provider Vinaphone. There are plenty of shops all over the country where I would have expected support. In fact, I only had iTel's network, which led to the problems described above. Gigago support responded very quickly and tried to find a solution. I liked that very much. However, I received no response to a request to top up the card for making calls. It was important to me to have a card right at the beginning for the very first contact. If that's not so important to you, it's better to buy directly on site.

Before I left Australia and went to VN on 18/9/23. I tried to install Gigago eSim on my phone many times, even I was patiently did it again and again, but it wasn’t successful. I had no ways to contact Gigago in VN. I had a lot of trouble without phone at the airport….. Review #2 After I sent my first review, Gigago representative tried to contact me and offered a refund. I noticed her willingness to fulfill the company’s responsibility, so I accept the offer and wait for a refund. PT Review #3 Thankfully to Gigago staff for their endless efforts to solve the problem. I have received my refund. I feel more confident to try the ESim next time, and I also recommend everyone to have a go with Gigago eSim, if you face any issues, don’t hesitate to contact eSim staff and I believe that they will solve your problems until you feel happy 😀😃😄

Installation was super easy to follow, downloaded the instructions (with examples was helpful) and had no issues with installation. Activated the service once we were inside the Ho Chi Minh City (Saigon) Airport. Service was better than what we have in US, was better than what I was expecting.
