Purchasing the eSIM was easy and it works great. Installing it was a little tricky. There were two different sets of instructions that varied slightly and you have to do all of the things shown in both sets.

Great coverage and reliability. Would get 5 stars if but easier to set up for the non techy person.. liked I could organise before I got to Vietnam and set up on landing. overall would use again.

It works great and it is very easy to install and use. If you want to use the e-sim for more than a month, the only and relevant problem is you have to buy a new e-sim, install and activate it again (and delete the first one). There is no option to "renew your plan"

Very good coverage, from Sa Pa, to Hanoi and Hoi An. There are cheaper options with more data when you buy SIM cards in VN, but the coverage in more rural areas isn't as good. 10G for two weeks was more than enough for me - I only used about 2.

It is a pity that I don’t get 4G.

So east to install and activate, it has proved its value so many times during my trip to Vietnam. I will 100% be using this company when I come again in the spring.

Adding and activating the eSim was easy. Usage during our stay in Vietnam was as well without any problems. Only negative thing was that I was only able to purchase 2 eSim using the same credit card. Was not able to buy more for the other family members. We had to use a different card.

Simple and quick. Although e sim is for data and incoming calls. In Vietnam because it includes a local phone number, you can use vinaphone to purchase a top up for calls and sms. Very che.
