Sometimes when you see a price for a product significantly cheaper than anyone else you have to be cautious. Looking into Appliance Electronics more on the internet only I was very quickly reassured that this was a business worth dealing with. Their pricing is extremely competitve and their website a breeze to use. Delivery was super quick considering the festive period. I can't fault their customer service and I will always be checking their prices for future products first.

Delivery was quick and item as described. I didn’t expect the oven needed to be hardwired, so that caused a bit of a problem. Talked to them a few times on the phone, they have been very helpful and reassuring. In the end, it wasn’t very difficult and problem solved. Would definitely order from them but customers who live in blocks without lifts should check with them first before ordering.

Great service and best delivery guys! Freezer delivered to my house, which is in the countryside, in Scotland, so often difficult for companies to find. Call beforehand (early, 6am, so don't have your phone on silent!). Really efficient, polite and friend guys, who had travelled overnight to deliver to our area (Scottish deliveries tend to be on a Saturday). The early start meant l wasn't going to have to wait in, so l was very happy. Product (freezer) just as described and the guys unpacked it for me for an inspection before leaving. I had also received a call from the company a couple of days beforehand to inform me that my freezer would be coming on the Saturday. Great company, who obviously manage to employ lovely staff, who care about their work! Brilliant!

Excellent price and excellent service. I received a phone call day before deliver giving delivery date and a phone call 1/2 hour from delivery driver confirming time. Raj and Anrold were excellent delivery drivers - both very polite and helpful. Unpacked the item so we could all confirm no damage and they carefully brought it into the bungalow ready for connecting. Very good experience as first time I have used this company and would definitely use them again.
