We bought an American fridge freezer and it was dispatched and delivered the next day which were not expecting. We received excellent sales and customer service and outstanding delivery. ordering the items i needed was easy and quick, it said there will be a 3 day delay on a couple of parts as they was at the suppliers. the next day i get an email saying that now they will be in stock on the 24th. and that they have emailed me with a discount code, as they are going to charge me for the extra delivery. other online shops would ship what they have and then to follow items you wouldn't have to pay an additional delivery charge. not what i was expecting, not sure if i would order from here again...

Quick delivery, competitive pricing. Excellent customer service, called with delivery time slot the day before and driver called next morning when he was 10 minutes away. Highly recommend.

The worst company to buy anything from. Lied about the delivery schedule on their website. I had to chase twice for a delivery date. And what makes matters worse is that the delivery drivers leave your large item at the door. I had to pay them cash just to bring it in the house. Avoid this company at all costs!

Placed the order on a Friday and items were delivered on the Saturday. Great communication from both Appliance Electronics and also the delivery company. Will definitely use again.

Excellent service,disappointed our initial purchase was not in stock due to a stocking update error however someone came back very quickly after the order was paid and offered us an alternative at a lower price. The refund was processed that afternoon and our vacuum cleaner was delivered early next morning.
