I bought an American style fridge freezer at a brilliant price. The customer service was great and I was kept up to date with delivery information by phone calls snd confirmation emails. Have to give a special mention to the delivery men Raj and Arni who were absolutely brilliant getting what was a really heavy and bulky item into the house. Delivery was great, one of the Lipos won't charge, I tested it and it only has 0.84 volts in it. I am awaiting an answer to my email regarding this.

From beginning to end a super service from ordering to delivery everyone was friendly and polite keeping me informed at every stage. The most important factor was being able to talk to a friendly real human being and not a machine! Thank you, there are not many left like you - don't change.

Delivery does not have options for days. When I told them I could not be in all day on the day they suggested. I was told I would not be able to have my delivery on any other day that week or the week after. Will only deliver to front door.
