It was easy to order the washing machine. Communication between this company and us was excellent. The delivery man, Waleed and Vil were brilliant, informative and friendly.

Tried to purchase washing machine on-line but company software would not accept order. Finally excellent staff member filled out a purchase form which I completed and was accepted. Delivered at no charge next day. Delivery driver very helpful, but all day wait.

Quick delivery - great item. The delivery driver was a melt tho. Having followed instructions I contacted him on the number provided twice to inform that I would be out of the country and provided alternative number. The driver didn't read the message. I had to call him back to explain the situation, for a third time. Cost me a fortune. Apart from that - good service, good people. I've used before, and would use again.

I ordered LG Styler S3WF Steam Clothing Care System £1550 which was £300 cheaper than John lewis and Currys .. I received a phone call advising me the delivery the next day with a morning time slot .. they gave me email with drivers telephone number .. I found the delivery drivers to be very professional and polite.. they took the 80 kg unit to the rear kitchen of my house and unpacked the item .. a very positive experience.. I don't think they deliver weekends but having the drivers number I was able to plan my work day ..

Ordered a washing machine Sunday and it was delivered Tuesday. Great price and free delivery. The delivery guys Val and Waleed were brilliant. I got a phone call when they were 30 minutes away, they took the washer into the kitchen, removed the packaging and allowed me to inspect it before signing. Would definitely recommend.

Really helpful! When they called to say my order was dispatched and for delivery the next day I advise that I would not be in until after 1pm. He immediately said that wasn’t a problem and he would put that on my delivery to let the driver know 😊
