Mark looked after us very well. Only reason for not getting 5 stars was that we felt a little rushed. Otherwise service was excellent.

Helpful friendly assistant taking time to give advice then letting me browse round the shop. Finally helping me filling in relevant paperwork. Delivered promptly on time.

Went into your Llandudno store and was welcomed by lovely staff. We had spent a lot of time debating on trying to buy a sofa when one of your team members, Luke, approached us and was very kind and helpful. We were worried that we would get denied finance but he gave us all the time we needed to check out all the options and guided us through the finance application, which came back accepted. Just an overall pleasant experience, friendly staff, all the sofas we tried were of quality material, and would definitely be recomending to people that I know.

Delivered at the time expected with ample prior notification given. The delivery folk worked efficiently and tidyly leaving the items purchased assembled and positioned in the specified parts of the house

Ordered a bed in November. Delivery date was January. Less then 2 weeks before delivery date, this was changed to April. Bed delivered. Set up completely wrong (ottoman style) and mattress faulty. So we had a bed. But unable to use it. Waited a further week. Eventually fixed today. Appalling customer service. I have bought furniture from this company over the years, but I feel it has totally gone downhill.

I received my sofa a week before my estimated delivery date. Excellent and perfect sofa with high quality. I really love this items and my entire family are enjoying it.

I cannot fault the level of service at the Stevenage branch, Fabian was very helpful, knowledgeable and a pleasure to deal with.
