Very good service

We went through a number of combinations with the team as you no longer do the range of furniture we purchased in 2024!!!!! However we bought some more from a different range rather than try a mix/match But the team helped enormously

Shelby sofa ordered. Sales assistant listened to our wants and needs regarding sofa.. had seen one on the website but the height wasn’t suitable… no hard sales patter and no upselling… although delivery takes up to 14 weeks. It will be delivered in 2 weeks. I haven’t spoken to bought furniture from them in the past and the 5 years warranty gives piece of mind.

Few mistakes made but rectified after being called back in refund should have been sorted then not made to wait customers are made to pay before they even get there furniture

Didn’t feel rushed in the store and was allowed time and space to make a decision. The salesperson Malvina was lovely and friendly and very knowledgeable and went into detail about everything making sure we understood and answered any questions we raised Positive experience with no sales pressure

Your sales assistant mo in Stevenage was very helpful explaining the length of time we have to wait different colours spent time was an enjoyable experience

The young lady Darcie was excellent, knowledgeable and efficient.

Good service prompt delivery

Liam was fab (Stockton store) and really helped me to pick the right sofa. The experience was so straightforward and I can’t wait for the arrival of my new sofa. Massive thank you to Liam and his manager for offering such great service.

Everything was good in store. A good range and choice of furniture and Sara was really helpful. She put a lot of energy into the sale and understood what I was looking for. However, delivery lead times let the company down hugely. When we shop for beds, we need a bed! The absolute quickest delivery time for a bed is 3 weeks!!!! My chest of draws and bedside table will be 8 weeks!!!!!! Delivery dates are also not guaranteed until payment is taken. So, pay thousands for furniture you will not be getting for 2 months? 🙅‍♀️ After writing this review, the company contacted me with a much improved delivery time. Certainly worth leaving a review as Oak Furniture Land read and act on them. Thank you Eloise
