Arrived at stated time. Guys were great unpacking and putting furniture in place. Excellent service. Delighted with my new furniture.

Had my new wardrobe and bedside table delivered today & the delivery drivers Mark and James from Walsall were great, they managed to get the wardrobe to the bedroom even though it looked like it wasn’t going fit up the stairs. Both were very polite and professional. Thank you guys for doing a great job.

I have no idea when delivery is going to happen, and they always want to call rather than email. I’m a doctor and can’t answer my phone much, I really need email correspondence with updates on my order rather than loads of missed calls

We had Dan & Jordon from Basildon oak furniture delivery team deliver the Kit sofa bed today, they assembled the the sofa easily and effortlessly, both friendly and respectful of our home, engaging with my 2 year old and not fazed by our home being a wide beam boat. They took it all in their stride and happy to deliver to a different setting.

Purchased a mirror which was delivered after a week as I was unable to pick this up from the store. Unboxed this the day after delivery to find the mirror was completely cracked. Contacted the store and was referred to customer service but they don’t open weekends so had to wait until Monday to report the damage then forward photographs of the damage. Another week wait now for re-delivery!

Payed over the phone for additional cover for my new suite still not got a receipt for payment .

Sofa been delayed by over a month… with no explanation. Why agree on a date for delivery on purchase when this isnt possible and they obviously know it.

What a shambolic company. They talk you into buying their goods, offer you interest free, who wouldn't take it and leave savings earning interest. One item available now, one not until June. The staff member said no problem at all, having 2 separate deliveries. Called today to arrange delivery of 1 item, that is not possible unless we pay 75% upfront, which means that the remaining 25% won't cover the minimum £500, so we cannot have interest free after all. To cancel the order you need to wait in a queue and then you are cut off without getting through.
