Got sold a lovely sofa, but after a week the cushions went flat and lumpy. Customer service haven’t responded to our request for a partial refund for the cost of the cushions despite multiple emails. Just been ignored. Wouldn’t bother buying as the quality is bad, you’re better off spending money on a better quality sofa elsewhere that you won’t need to buy new cushions for. And a company that will actually respond to your emails.

We visited the store at Birstall and was welcomed by a friendly member of the sales team (John). There was a wide range of good,quality furniture in store to choose from. On returning to the same store a few days later, at our request, John was happy to assist us answering all our questions and giving us additional support throughout.We highly recommend a visit to the store to see the huge selection of good quality furniture they have available (rather than online) We're looking forward to receiving our new furniture in a couple of months time.
