Waited a few weeks to receive our tables but it was worth the wait. The tables arrived really well packed and protected. We were kept informed of our delivery and the time slot given and they were delivered on time. The guy even put them in the living room. Would definitely use Oak Furnitureland again really good experience.

The delivery was on time and the delivery men was very professional.

A past experience from OFL took us back when we wanted furniture for another room. We had a problem that was sorted without question. We were greeted as we went into the store, directed towards what we said we were looking for and then left to browse. The salesman was obviously keeping an eye on us from a distance and only approached when we looked like we had made a choice. Attentive without pressure. Great approach from our point of view. When we were in conversation, the salesman was fully conversant with the product.

Was not told that by taking a finance agreement, which we really did not need to, the whole order could not be delivered for 3 months. By talking to customer services they cancelled the finance agreement, gave realistic delivery dates and price matched items that had been reduced. Now a happy customer.

Friendly staff, no hard sell, given advise, viewed neighbouring stores and returned to yours to make final decision. Helped to find someone to remove old furniture. Delivery was quick and professional. Overall good experience, would use again when need arise.

Very good experience of buying a new bed and bedside table in the Bolton Middlebrook store. Tristan assisted me, showed me lots of the options, went through pricing, and explained how to look after the furniture for years to come. Very pleasant experience and will use Oak Furnitureland again!
